hello guys...i just sent my RFE last november and is ther anyone who have/had ideas of how long is the USCIS process the paper/application of AOS after they recieved the answer of the RFE they recieve?

November 2006??? Or November as in two weeks ago? I'm thinking it is going to take a while. They supposedly hired a bunch of new people to speed things up but my dead dog could do the work faster than they can.

They approved my EAD about a month after they receive my RFE response. But it varies from case to case. But they do have to give you a written decision/update within 60 day after receiving your RFE. And it's by law that they have to approve your EAD within 90 days after receiving your application. Hope that helps.

It took Claudeth about 75 days from filing until the EAD arrived. I think they say give it 90 days.

Oh snap..then i have to wait for another month so my Application will be approve?man..i wish i never had RFE then...a lesson for me coz i never even thought that i made a mistake by not checking for the second time my Application Form..mannn..
