My Canadian friend married and American and they are about to file the paper work. She told me that she had to get a medical exam done to go along with the paper work. My question is because she has an S.T.D. called HPV. Does this mean that she will be denied? She hasn't stop to think about that. I would imaging because a medical exam is being requested the results are important. Is it to make sure a person does not come into the country with HIV/Aids or tuberculous or hepatitis or will they avoid anybody trying to come in to the country without a perfect health record. I hope this won't affect her chances of being illegible for permanent entry into the U.S.A.. Does anyone have any answers?
