Hi all!

Can anyone tell us anything about USCIS sending recent (i.e. received since Aug. 30) I-130's "to the Chicago Lockbox for data entry/receipt"? What does this mean? We sent our I-130 to Nebraska, and understanding that it wouldn't be processed there, but forwarded onto California. Does this mean Chicago will be processing or just entering into the system and sending out NOA1's? Is there anyway to get information on how fast things are moving in Chicago?

I also just noticed that the statement about I-130's being forwarded to Chicago was on the USCIS bulletin up until today....that note is now gone...ahhh....always more confusion..

Thanks in advance for any info or insights anyone may have!
