I didn't know exactly when the NVC received it but since my NOA2 was Oct 14 and the NVC sent to BKK on Oct 16 I just plugged in Oct 15 for the date they got it from USCIS. BKK received my case Oct 20 - I got confirmation of Oct 16 & 20 dates from DHL, not from the NVC or Consulate. 20 Nov 2009 - 12:19

Back to NY from BKK today (within 12 hours) - got the police report & medical done, still futzing with the last of the interview papers. 30 Oct 2009 - 20:30
