My story is just weird! I'm supposed to be in the FB-1 visa category however when my case got sent to NVC, they switched it to IR-2. So because there's no wait time to get an interview date for IR-2, I received a case complete and my interview date (Dec 2016) real quick! Only to be told (at the interview) that NVC made a mistake by changing the visa category and they (the US Embassy in Jamaica) have to change it back. So now I'm just here waiting on my priority date (Feb-13-2015) to be current. Sad... yes I know, but nothing happens before its time.
