  1. I paid the fee on the 15th of February and still have 'fee received'. This system is frustrating.
  2. Hi everyone! My wife (USC) and I (Dutch citizen) have been dating for nearly 9 years, of which 8 long distance. We got married in September last year - and submitted the CR-1 application in September as well. I just got Documentarily Qualified at NVC, meaning we are waiting for an interview invite at the Consulate. It's been a long and exhausting wait, but we are nearly there! I am hoping to move in March 2023. If there are any questions regarding the process, feel free asking those to me by tagging me here. Goodluck! Succes!
  3. Woke up this morning to great news! Got DQ confirmation in my email at 05:40 local time (23:00 NVC timezone). Submission date September 22nd for RFE. Now we wait for the consulate appointment. Grateful that The Netherlands does not have a huge backlog. 🙏
  4. Unfortunately no update today. As it just hit 17:00 in Portsmouth, New Hampshire (location of NVC), I recon there won't be any updates on my case today. 23:00 here, so to bed we go. We keep waiting and hope for a better day tomorrow. 🙂
  5. I am not entirely sure what the difference is, but do recall my wife first being confused and then pissed as hell since she claimed they practically say the same thing? Anyways. Here is to hoping we get news today or tomorrow!
  6. Submitted our RFE on September 22nd (Orginal W-2 forms instead of Transcript). Hoping to get a verdict in the next few days.
  7. Still not working, but grateful for your sharing this message. I was already worried that it was just for my case. I'll keep trying the coming days. EDIT: Now is working!
  8. It's a very frustrating process indeed. If my wife decided to move to The Netherlands, Europe, it would legally not be allowed to take longer than 60-days. My tip? Try not to look every day (way easier said than done), but more importantly, since you are nearing your NOA2 date, start gathering NVC required documents such as a birth certificate, police certficates/clearance and more. This will speed up the process when you get to the NVC stage since you will not have to be waiting for all those certficates. Sidenote: Most of those certificates can not be older than 6-months, so do keep that in mind. Goodluck! 🙌
  9. No K3. My theory is, the more of us that do it, the more it slows down the overall process. Those are extra cases that are opened, need to be reviewed and need to be closed.
  10. I have been pretty good about not checking daily, but just did my like weekly status check. Additionally, this morning at 05:00am Chicago time, my wife was notified by email that there was an action taken regarding our case, so I knew it before she did. When looking it up it still says AR, but under the documents tab we find the approval. I have not used any trackers.
  11. Found the approval document under the documents tab! I didn't expect a decision till next month, so I feel like this has come a little early. Hang in there though, I am sure your approval is around the corner!
  12. Just checked, found the approval notice under the document tab! So happy! Hang in there!
  13. It's quite common actually! Have a look at this thread for example. I just checked and saw that the AR's date updated from February 22nd 2022 to July 7th 2022. No notifications by email, just checked the USCIS case status website. I'll update you and the rest of this forum tomorrow, if a decision does get made.
  14. The first "We are actively reviewing your application" was in February. The second notification that they are actively reviewing my application came in today, which usually happens a day before the decision is made.
  15. TSC here. Went into second AR today - likely to see a decision tomorrow. Wow.... this is getting real.
