  1. Sorry for late response I was able to update DS-260 before Beneficiary interview. I called the embassy to re-open the ds-260 and they did. So to keep everyone up to date. Beneficiary passed interview, arrived here in the U.S. March 21. Got her social security already Tuesday. Waiting on greencard. I highly advise everyone to just get all updated documents.
  2. Just wanna update you all that the Beneficiary has passed her interview F2A at manila embassy.
  3. Interview is on March 6 next week Monday And I seen on ceac that I-864EZ is needed Do I ignore this or have petitioner fill one up and scan it and email? Beneficiary won't have the original Please help
  4. OK I was able to upload all documents But my question now is how about the DS-260? Email from embassy says the re-opened the DS-260 to update info
  5. Thanks Chancy I'll try again today Is it because I'm using my phone to upload? Do I need to use browser, or probably files to hig. Idk if I upload new nbi clearance it says error What about DS260? IT WONT LET ME UPDATE IT.
  6. Hello, Although we already have an interview scheduled for next week Monday at manila embassy, We have received an email from manila embassy stating that they have re-opened DS-260 and to update information, I'm guess the up to date info for Beneficiary. But there is no way to edit the DS-260 Also everything was uploaded via CEAC and it says on that email to upload all documents before interview, but it says error. Can Beneficiary just bring all updated documents like NBI, POLICE CLEARANCE, INCOME TAX RETURN, TRANSCRIPTS W2 because everything was documentarily qualified of 2020 and what of they look for 2021 and 2022
  7. I was just reading somewhere on Google that if the kids are younger than 16, they don't require to be interviewed? Is this right? Or I could be wrong So sorry that you have to go through this. Now it's another waiting game
  8. Oo matagal na tlga yan sis Update mo kami ha. Let's hope n pray
  9. Congrats! Just go on do your interview and probably ask the interviewer officer about your kids while your there.
  10. Yes case has a schedule date for interview March 6. I was able to schedule an appt via ustraveldocs on Feb 6
  11. So basically this case is my husband's parents They are petition their daughter, my husband sister who aged out right after we sent the i-130 on may 2019, she turned 21 Aug 2019 So thankfully. And then we did all the processing. Then Dec 2022 case got documentarily qualified. Every 2 months was just an email from nvc to not sell house or anything. Here is the number you can call and ask if you can schedule for interview +63285488223
  12. I emailed NVC to expedite case. I just poured my heart out because the priority date was May 2019, documentarily qualified Dec 2020. So 2 years no movement Here is the email for expedite NVCExpedite@state.gov Make sure you state all needed info like case # Name and date of birth petitioner n Beneficiary
  13. If your case has been expedited and says ready you should be able to schedule an interview That's what I did. Case got approved expedited Case status ready Wasn't able to self schedule due to Case not found on ustraveldocs Called and got Case escalated Was able to schedule feb6 Got an interview March 6
  14. The Beneficiary in philippines forgot her passport to her medical, so they told her to go back Monday without an appt, just walk in they will accommodate her asap, but her interview is on March 6. Will that be enough time for her medical papers to be sent to embassy
