Hi guys real quik question so before I’ve stated I’ve been to the US on a K1 visa once I got there I applied for a SSN my fiancé now is filling for a new petition and we are confused if we should add the SSN I recieved into the I129F bare in mind this is not the same fiance from 6 years ago so I’m doing the K1 process over again with someone new

that would be an option but the waiting is a nightmare ive gone through this process before i almost married the wrong person and thats why i came back to my home country no relationship is worth getting abused in so im glad i have this chance again at love an for the real and right reasons

Since then I haven’t been to the US I tried to apply for a b2 visa but I got denied so this is our only option we have as we do want to marry and we have a solid real relationship with lots of proof and she has been to my country a few times to see me

I ddnt marry her I left the relationship because it was toxic and she physically abused me so before the marriage even happened I left the US

hi guys so recieved my k1 visa 6 years ago i went to the US but the marriage ddnt happen i left the US even before 90 days were expired love has now come around again for the second time.i am now in a relationship with someone new 6 years later and we want to apply for the k1 again would i get denied if we had to go through this route again ????needing help please because its making me nervous knowing i had a k1 before im not sure if it will be ok.
