  1. Not just 2020 is stuck… 2019 filer here and just got word from My Senate that my a-file is needed to continue work on my case. Did ya’ll have your senate office reach out to frc? And is it always leesummit?
  2. I filed in October of 2019 and two days ago my case was touched for the first time and showed that fingerprints were applied. Now a day later it shows it has been transferred to a different office... I did not file for naturalization just ROC... Also since we are stationed overseas with the military theoretically I should not have an interview. Anybody know how much longer I may wait until my case gets approved?
  3. I do not know yet. I only saw on the app that they transferred my case but have not yet received the notice.
  4. My case was finally touched and fingerprints were applied... only then to see that they transferred my case after 18 months of just sitting there... I guess luck is just not on my side... the waiting continues.
  5. That sounds awful! We are stationed here with the Military and because USCIS is not processing my case in a timely manner I have to sort it out by paying a huge fee? Thank you for the information I will have to see what we can do about that.
  6. Hello, I have submitted my ROC paperwork in 2019 and the letter that is extending the green card for 18 month is about to expire!! We are currently stationed in Germany and are due to move back to America right during the time this letter expires. Does anybody have exprience with this and knows what I need to do to get another extension? In the US you schedule an infopass but unsure how it is in Germany. When I called USCIS she told me due to me not having a stateside phonenumber there was nothing she can do for me... Help anybody? Thank you!
