I am a Philippine immigrant and now a U.S. Citizen living in the U.S. I would like to bring my niece and 2nd cousin (age 13 and 9 respectively) to the U.S. on F1 Student Visa's in order to complete their education to include college. Has anyone done this recently? If so, can you please share your experiences. I understand the basic particulars and restrictions for F1 Visa's. However, I sure could use some advice when it comes to getting starting and the basic steps in completing this task. Thanks in advance. L.
