civil surgeon will send the child with a + QFT and normal CXR to health department for latent TB treatment. I used to to work with the health department and we took care of Class B immigrants and change of status

When someone had the BCG vaccine, their TB skin test would most likely be positive. That is why it is better to do the QFT blood test which is more accurate. But regardless, + TB skin test and + QFT should do CXR.

my brother is a USC. he is deaf and mute. he is married with no kid since 2016, his wife is also deaf and mute. he now has 2 jobs and is planning to petition her. she is from the philipines. he has been visiting her every 2- 3yrs and they always talk in fb messenger. i wanted to help him to start this process. as i was looking for the evidence to submit, they dont have any property or banks on both their names. is there any other proof that there marriage is bonafide? his passports have stamps of all the dates he visited her, pictures together, marriage certificate, he sends her money via xoom. i was thinking maybe my mom can write an affidavit? i just want to be prepared before starting the i 130 because 535$ filing is a lot of money for him for it to be denied thank you for your input

hello, i just want to know documents / requirements i need to bring to the PHIL if i want to bring my USC child there. Child was born in the US. I'm married to the father but i still use my maiden name in my US passport. if my husband is not coming with us do i need like an authorization letter from him? does it need to be notarized? also, if i stay longer than 1 month there do we need to pay penalty? i do not hold dual citizenship. thank you
