I am married to a man from Kenya, we will be married for 2 years this December, we have a 8 mth old daughter and I want to petition for him to come and live with me here in the US. My question is this. What type of application should I submit? I have been told that US does not recognize out marriage since we married in Kenya, so not sure if to file the I-130 or the K-3 please help me in anyway possible.
