  1. Yes, the above information was copied from an email with a subject field Notice regarding your Immigrant Visa Case becoming Documentarily Qualified on Feb 18th 2022. It is the last email that was sent to both of them and nothing has happened since then. In the email it says they will schedule an interview but its been 7 months now and they have not been contacted with any interview date. Are they supposed to call and make interview and how .. since instructions say they will be given a date.
  2. My father in law last email from NVC that all documents are completed and to wait for an interview is dated Feb 2022. No word from any one since then.
  3. My mother in law filed IR1 for her husband in March of 2021 to bring him from Jamaica to the USA. They have followed the process until the last email notice from NVC in Feb 2022 stating : The National Visa Center (NVC) received all of the fees, forms, and documents that are required prior to attending an immigrant visa interview at a U.S. Embassy/Consulate General overseas. NVC will work with the U.S. Embassy/Consulate General in KINGSTON, JAM to schedule an interview appointment for you. Once we have confirmed an interview date, we will send a notice to you, your petitioner and attorney (if applicable). ..no contact since. They have waited but wondering how long more they should wait to do nothing. Should they be contacting Kingston or NVC and who should they be contacting. I have read different statements in regards the interview that he should call to make an appointment, however the email said to wait until they schedule interview for him. Please advise next steps of where and who to contact for further update. thank you.
  4. Do you happen to know where that transfer alert page is? The only notice I got is from March 26th which is the Receipt Notice and the bottom lists Potomac Center. So i guess I am to assume thats who has it right now.
  5. it seems crazy that 1 center has 6 months processing time and the potomac has up to 17 months.. they are not even in april of 2020 yet. i do hope that they do something about this
  6. Ooooo I think I see it now, on the bottom it says Potomac Service Center. Thank you!
  7. Hello, wondering how to find out which service center is processing I-130 for a resident/citizen of Georgia (my mother in law filing for her husband). We received a noticed they received the petition and case # on April 6th but no further information which of the 5 centers is the one to check for processing times?
