  1. Since I am already have a registered marriage in the Philippines. What do you think?
  2. Understood. I'm just anxious if because of previous marriage, i couldn't get a ROM recognition of marriage for NSO?
  3. If we were to marry using the Utah method, would there be any issues in terms of CFO or anything on the Philippines end? I'm trying to find a way for us to marry rather than doing the fiancee route if possible. Thanks. Edit: as in, because of previous marriage, i couldn't get a ROM recognition of marriage for NSO?
  4. So what's the way out of this? This cannot be a unique situation. Utah online marriage? Fiancee visa? Anyone have solid information?
  5. How sure are you about this? What about the Utah online marriage? With fiance visa, would there be issues with CFO stemming from this situation? I ask if you are sure, because the purpose of the process you mention above is to allow Filipinos to remarry in instances of a foreigner and the Filipino divorcing. I am not a Filipino....
  6. Hey all, Unfortunately, my marriage has come to an end after a 16 year relationship. Not my choice. When we married in the Philippines, I was the U.S. citizen, now we both are. I have met a Filipina who I would like to marry. My question is, what would I need to do to marry her there, as I have marriage recorded in the Philippines? Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks is advance.
