    So what's the way out of this? This cannot be a unique situation. Utah online marriage? Fiancee visa? Anyone have solid information?

    How sure are you about this? What about the Utah online marriage? With fiance visa, would there be issues with CFO stemming from this situation? I ask if you are sure, because the purpose of the process you mention above is to allow Filipinos to remarry in instances of a foreigner and the Filipino divorcing. I am not a Filipino....

    Hey all, Unfortunately, my marriage has come to an end after a 16 year relationship. Not my choice. When we married in the Philippines, I was the U.S. citizen, now we both are. I have met a Filipina who I would like to marry. My question is, what would I need to do to marry her there, as I have marriage recorded in the Philippines? Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks is advance.
