My LPR wife, though she have applied for her citizenship in July 2017 and still expecting her interview date,  filed green card through consular processing on December 29, 2017. When is it likely that I can get approval for i130 and interview date later.

You are F2a with a priority date of 12/29/17.  They are currently processing F2a with a priority date of March 2016.  It will be a while or not until after your spouse becomes a citizen

YMMV

Your interview would likely be about 4 months after her Naturalization Certificate is in hand.

Wow thanks Pushbrk that's sounds good and a comforting news. I will just keep praying she gets her interview date soon while I keep myself busy at work and doing some programs. I am only worried because we need to start making babies but she intend visiting Nigeria in April, hope it will not affect her application.
