Interview Cancelled and no update 3 month. EAD expired

Hello Folks,

 

I got some problems on my i-485 pending.

My interview was cancelled on November 2017. There is still no any update after 2 e-request and calling.

And I renewed my EAD which has expired last month. But I received mail and my EAD was rejected because I sent an incorrect fee. Actually I did not attach any check since I think it is free for renew. Am I right ?

Now I am frustrated and do not know how I am about to do next step except wait. Any advice would be welcomed.

I went to local office and she said they did not my document yet, and let me wait to  reschedule.

What is your category?? You dont pay EAD renew if you still have pending your i485 based in marriage. Did you send a copy of your i485?

I am in F2A. I remember I sent a copy of I797 but not sure. I will check that out.

I am F2A too! When i sent my EAD renew i just adjust the forms and a copy of my pending i485. Your appointment was schedule and whn you went they told you is canceled? They gave you any valid reason?

You also renew your EAN ? I just check rejected mail the USCIS sent back and no copy of I-797C, but I remember I sent it and my I-131 is no problem. I guess they took 2 copies of I-797 C for I-131,then the guy for I-765 found no copy of I-797 C.

I did not receive any notice for interview cancellation until I show up in local office. I did e-request and called USCIS and only get code for case and let me wait...

Oh yeah, i have renew my EAD 3 times... long waiting for F2A adjusting in here.... and every time i just sent the form, a copy of my 797c for i485, a copy of my old ead, a copy of the paper where you received your ead and just in case a copy of my i94. Never had a problem, but my last renew took like 5 month to process...  

I recomend you to make an infopass so they can tell you why they reject it.

How are you legally still within the usa?  You have to keep legal status until your priority date and unlike with a USC the I-485 doesnt do that until the priority date is current.  Unless your priority date IS current?

The reason is your payment is incorrect on my receipt. I will re-submit it again today and see if it would be good.

What is your PD ? Why you wait so long ?
