I have again an issue with my case. It was approved since November 15 2017, since then I have been contacted NVC to have my case number to move forward but nothing. Now this morning I received an email from USCIS stating that the case has been approved as of February 8 2018, for something that was already approved 3 months ago. Now my question is can a case be approved twice? Has someone been in this situation? What did the person do? I contacted USCIS but like always they always confused and when they trynna transfer the call to another level of customer service,no one is there to answer the call. I'm so frustrated at this point,I don't know what else to do.if someone can help me please😭😭😭.

Have you got your hard copy of NOA2 stating that your case is approved on November 15?

They probably reapproved because it's been too long to keep its expiration date current (so renewed it for you)

This is so frustrating,I already waited 3 months without knowing where the case is.If they have to re-approved it for me to wait again another 3 months it doesn't make  any sense.

And the most frustrating part  is when you call and they can't give you any information about your case, Tier 2 customer service are never available and even if you leave your name and phone number they never call you back.

Well yes but their re-approval is at least good for you.... because without that your case would have expired in a month..

so they did messed up again but here the silver lining.

forget about tier 2. If you got approved again, right now they are faster with NVC so your case will go there in about 10 days to 2 weeks. Just start calling NVC in 10 days.

with uscis nothing makes sense.

I'm really praying that NVC receives it within the next 10 days.
