NVC Document Cover Sheet

Hello everyone,

Would someone please tell me what the petitioner documents are listed under the supporting documents section of the cover sheet given by NCV for a CR1? I am trying to avoid getting a checklist for not submitting something. I was under the impression that I did not need to send my documents to NVC because I submitted all of my docs to USCIS with my i130....

The only relevant petitioner documents for this particular instance would be if the petitioner was previously married, a copy of the divorce decree would be needed.

And why is that ? The supporting documents is for beneficiary right? And the financial documents is for the petitioner. My wife is the petitioner and I'm the beneficiary. My wife is previously  divorced and she send her divorce papers with the I-130 package. I am not previous married and that's why we didn't send the divorce papers with the nvc package.. and on VJ and nvc they talk about the supporting documents from the applicent.. so what can i do ?

That was my thoughts exactly. Has your wife already submitted documents to NVC? If so, all you can do is wait to see if they ask for it I guess. I haven't sent my documents yet so I guess I'll just send it to NVC to be on the safe side 🤷🏽‍♀️
