What is the process to bring mother in usa for Us citizen daughter?

My sister lived in usa for 10 years. She is US citizen and married . What type of documents need to bring my mother in Usa? Including type of form and supportive documents?  Any advice will be appreciated. Thank you .

Does she still live in the US?

If so, here's the guide: http://www.visajourney.com/content/immigration-parents

It's basically just an I-130 along with the birth certificate to show the biological relationship (instead of all the evidence to show a bonafide marriage).

 

Note that she (or a joint sponsor) will need to be able to support her in the US. Obtaining health insurance can be expensive, depending on age and ability to work.

No she lived outside usa and never been to Usa. Supporting her won't be a problem or medical insurance. Thanks

Does she intend to return to the US to live? The purpose of a family-based immigrant visa is family reunification...if she's not going to live in the US as her primary residence, then there's no basis for her to obtain a visa (plus the I-864 she needs to provide requires US domicile).

She want to obtain green card and live here permanently.

I think he has already mentioned that his sister has been living in USA for 10 years and she is an US Citizen. He probably meant that his mom does not live in USA. Am i right @ Reqahmed?

Yes you are right. I am sorry i think i put question wrong way. My sister is an American citizen by married however my mother is from Bangladesh. So she want  to apply for my mother in order to bring her usa and live there permanently.

Then yes, she can apply for her mother. The guide above is a god resource. Be sure she reads all the instructions as well.
