Hi Everyone! I started my I129F process for my fiance. Here is my outliine so far.

Package sent via USPS Dec 9

Received by USCIS according to USPS - Dec 12

Check cashed by USCIS Dec 15

Awaiting Email/Text with case #. Still not yet transferred to CSC. Heard nothing yet.

Awaiting NOA1....

Anyone have any estimates on when NOA2 will be?  I read many things on here, with them now finishing May/June and on July 2017 filers. I can't believe how behind they are.  I know that this thread is probably duplicated elsewhere on this site, but thought I'd take a shot and see who responds and who is in a similar situation as I am.  ALL RESPONSES  are appreciated!

your check was just cashed today?  and you think this means they are behind on your case?

wow   you have a long wait so you will need more patience

it takes a lot of patience as u will wait months after getting the NOA1 and case number and every day go to mail box and nothing

the process can be stressful and at times heartbreaking as someone else is deciding your fate and your future together and you will be bearing all your personal information to a total stranger

tell the VJ community your country and fill out a timeline

it will be more helpful to get info here from others going thru same embassy as you

good luck

but get some patience / you're going to need it

Give it 2 weeks after check is cashed for NOA1   People are taking holiday time, and short staffed, so things slow down in processing.

They are finishing May, but nowhere near finishing June yet.

For your noa1 it can take up to 2 weeks for it to reach you. And for noa2 the average time currently is 180+ days.

Wecome to the wait..

good luck :)
