You have to be a USC to sponsor someone on a K.

So your previous thread you are looking for a B2 visa after a lengthy overstay and now you are asking questions looking for a fiancé visa.   Do you really have any intent to get married or just looking for any possible way your girlfriend/boyfriend can get a visa back to the USA?

Well how about starting with the facts first and then explain them out to everybody. The thing that people hate the most on here are: 1. People that post the same subject multiple times hoping for a different response 2. People wanting a specific answer to a question that they give hardly any information for.

So please lay it out for us and we will help you.

Send me your real name and I will forward to my contacts inside the USCIS.  The agency has special programs to aid scammers who don't know English to enable them to skip ahead in line in front of tax paying citizens.

Ask your friend to register. It's free and he can find a lot of information here and ask questions specific to his circumstances. With all due respect, you cannot possibly know everything of the history of this couple.

Timeline in brief:

Married: September 27, 2014

I-130 filed: February 5, 2016

NOA1: February 8, 2016 Nebraska

NOA2: July 21, 2016

Interview: December 6, 2016 London

POE: December 19, 2016 Las Vegas

N-400 filed: September 30, 2019

Interview: March 22, 2021 Seattle

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath

Now a US citizen!

is it a he or she? He mentions "his girlfriend" then he talks about "he".  I'm a little confused at this time of the night.
