Edited...you are doing an I-130.

I-130s are randomly allocated to a service center. It has nothing to do with where you live. It's completely random.

Your profile says you are doing a K-1. The I-130 is for spouses. Make sure you select the correct form.

Have I got this right?

You originally were petitioned in 2013. You got your visa in 2014 but your fiancé broke up with you. You still travelled here and somehow you met an old classmate here and fell in love with her. You left here December 2014 and in March of 2017 you asked about the classmate filing a K-1 fo you too. That would be your second K-1.

However, you are also posting that you are currently applying for citizenship. On what basis? As per the above link in March of this year you were still in your home country wondering if you could have a second K-1. Now you are claiming to be an LPR (again, in what basis?) married to someone overseas that you want to bring into the country.

Please keep your story straight. People here give their free time, unpaid, to assist people and it's an insult to their kindness to make up stories. At least one thing has been made up here. If you were still in Ghana in March of this year contemplating coming on a K-1, there is no way you are now eligible for citizenship.
