Why?

Adjudication Rules are Different.

Clean yer pants, stop wearing em when you need a sit-down, as you'll be fine at the interview !

im denied b1b2 4 times now on cr1................i hope it wont be an issue big.............about to have my interview

please understand you hijaaked a thread where the evidentiary rules differ a bit from YOUR consulate/embassy.

Still, you've got a good shot if'n the stuff submitted with the I-130 was dense .. Nigeria, Yo !

Long as you didn't lie on your application for B1/B2. Like saying you were married when you weren't or had kids when you don't to show you have ties to your country. Saying you don't know anyone in US when you were either married already or engaged. Long as it's all true and honest you will be fine.
