I submitted my I765, I130, I131, I485 in mid July 2017, so far i have tried 2 times SR (only received generic answer), called for expedited request, set appointment to talk to the officer, still not hearing back. I wonder if anybody else is experiencing such a long delay in their EAD and those who have received it, is there any good advice?

Same here. December will be 6 month since I filed. Have you got RFIE? I got RFIE for my birth certificate translation they couldn’t find ( which I send it again). Since they received RFIE it’s been 3 months still nothing so far.

The ombudsman acts like a "channel" between you and USCIS.  USCIS knows them and congresspeople by name, so the ombudsman may prove to be more helpful if your congresspeople haven't done anything.  Just google "ombudsman USCIS" with your zipcode and call them.  By the way, I've also noticed more people saying their online statuses haven't updated but they've received EAD/AP approval notices and cards in the mail.  So keep checking your box too.  And here's an Internet hug 'cause I know how stressful this all is. *Hug*
