Processing times information -K1 visa

Hello everybody. I'm a new menbership at visa journey. I would like to understand better the information displayed at the "processing times" contents. It says today the California center has been prossecing petitions of NOA 1 of june 1, 2017. But when we look at the information on the "imigration time line" for California center I see that cases on that date or even before like may 30  or 29, for example,have not received any answer or update about the NOA 2. So is this info of June 1 is a estimative?

Yes. VJ is not accurate it just just based on data from the timeline of members. They are working May but should see a start on June this week/next.

VJ's estimates are based on other users' timeline data. It's generally more accurate than the "official" info from USCIS since that is ~2 months out of date at the time it is posted, and usually only updates monthly.

Either way, both are just estimates...an individual case could take a month or months less than the average, or take months longer. 5-6 months from NOA1 to NOA2 is the current average.

I always go to the USCIS website directly to check the status of the processing times. Of course I don't check all the time, maybe just once a week, to not allow so much stress.  Here it's mainly just estimates.
