I-131 Appeal Dismissed?

Hi guys,

So I checked my USCIS status for our Aug 5th filed AOS application. The I-765 was updated to show "Card in Production", so that's good, but the I-131 application shows "Appeal Was Dismissed". Now we made no such appeal so does this mean that the I-131 was denied?

Thanks!

Sounds to me like your new EAD is on its way but the I131 has been denied.

Received I-797 Approval Notice for AP today, so I still don't understand the "Appeal Dismissed" note. Doesn't matter too much I guess.
