Good day everyone,

Can someone please clarify for me whose information needs to be filled out on part 4 of the application where it ask for information such as the race, height, weight, eye etc. Is this for the petitioner or the beneficiary? Thank you all so much.

The I-129F is to be completed by the petitioner so it is his/her information that is required in section 4. Had you read the accompanying instructions from the USCIS webpage, you would see that this is explained on page 8 of the instructions.

 

Please read ALL of the instructions before completing the form. The fact that you are asking something that is clearly explained in the instructions suggests you have not read them and you may have missed other important information. 

Timeline in brief:

Married: September 27, 2014

I-130 filed: February 5, 2016

NOA1: February 8, 2016 Nebraska

NOA2: July 21, 2016

Interview: December 6, 2016 London

POE: December 19, 2016 Las Vegas

N-400 filed: September 30, 2019

Interview: March 22, 2021 Seattle

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath

 

Now a US citizen!
