Just applied for an Adjustment Of Status through a marriage with a us Citizen

I go my Notice Of Action, And I'm going to do my finger prints

I need to travel with my wife from Texas to Minnesota on December to visit her family

I want to know if I can travel inside USA While my Case I-485 is pending even I'm out of status

Thank you

You can travel within the continental USA without passing through border inspection. So as long as you have acceptable identification to board the airplane. Ex: unexpired passport. You should be okay.

It's unlikely your immigration status will ever brought up, but there are federal agents at airports so it's not impossible. That said, your I-485's NOA1 acts as proof of authorized stay. I suggest carrying a copy of both the NOA1 and marriage certificate (if your name changed) just in case.

You can travel freely within the US without any issue. I have a advice to you and to anyone who wants to travel within the US. Get a State ID or Driving License so that you can use that as Proof of ID at airport or anywhere you go where they ask for a ID and keep your passport safely at home. Recently I've read about 2 different people who lost their passport while travelling within US. Also, make a photocopy of your Notice of Action (I-797) and put it in your wallet while you travel. Remember that until we receive our Green Card the NOA is our proof that our application is with the USCIS. Anyways have a safe trip :)

So, can I get a state ID with I-797C NOA ?

Depends on the state. Each state has their own requirements for their photo IDs and licenses.

Assuming your profile is correct and you live in Texas:

Guide: https://www.dps.texas.gov/DriverLicense/applyforID.htm

Specific documents: https://www.dps.texas.gov/internetforms/Forms/DL-57.pdf

I don't see the I-797C listed, but it might not hurt to check with them anyway.
