10 days after our interview still no change in our status. Is that too early to be freaking out. Should I make a info pass or just wait. My husband will go out of country to visit his family end of November and I dont want to bug them if it is not gonna end up with an approval. I mean it could be a second interview. Also does any one have an idea about I naturalized in april this year. Can that be a red flag. But they didnt interview us seperatly. I am just thinking if we had a red flag they would do stoke interview I guess. Please any recommdations. Waiting just too stressfull...

Did they mention anything at the interview? Some people are told if they are approved at the end.

They also say to wait 2-3 weeks for an approval letter, so I wouldn't start worrying just yet.

No. Officer said they will go over documents to see if any discrepancies. We actualy filed in May 3rd and I made inquiry as soon as our time up. They gave us our interview date and EAD right after inquiry. We got the interview date first week of September for a month later which is October 3 rd. They might really need time to go over our case but part of my mind still worried

They are probably just backlogged and I don't think there is any reason to worry, but I would still make an infopass appointment for the 16th day after the interview (just past two weeks) just in case. You might start to look into it now since appointments get taken fast. Other than that all you can do is wait. Good luck (F)

If I were you, I would make an infopass appointment as soon as possible and start looking into ways to involve my senator and congress people.

I waited 160 days for my EAD/AP without doing anything except for filing one online service request and never got them.

Unfortunately I have done all that. 2 infopass appointments, 3 service request, involved my congressman.  And nothing has been done . Not one positive response.  Right now it's left to God to decide my fate.

So I had another info pass today and I'm so pissed because the woman that attended to me did not know what she was talking about. All I got from her were gestures suggesting there is nothing they can do. She told me there is nothing I can do for you. The Baltimore office is back loaded a nd they are not issuing green cards right now  and she will advice me to apply immediately for another READ. Because there is no guarantee i will get it on time. No timeline,  she gave me nothing. I have never seen a helpless Caucasian like that in my life.  S he obviously has the wrong job.

Anyone in Baltimore office experiencing the same???
