Can't send fiance forms through mail ??

It will be a couple months before we start the petition ( we want to wait until she finishes college ) ... however we want to be prepared when we get ready to start the process.

She lives in Venezuela and it is very hard to send mail there. I sent her a package last June and she did not receive it until late September. Will I be able to email / scan all the necessary forms to her or do they have to be in original form? I know some forms like the i-134 must be signed, so would I print it out, sign it, then scan it to her? I just don't think sending her the documents through the mail will be a reliable option.

Anyone had experience with this? I tried to research about it but came up empty handed.

Thank you!

Yes, the affidavit of support and other documents that i received from my wife for my K-1 visa were all sent signed, scanned and e-mailed to me. All i did was take printouts and took them with me for my interview. Also, when you file for I-129F petition, you both will have to write individual letters stating that you will get married within 90 days after entering the US. It's called "letter of intent". I wrote a hand-written letter, signed, scanned and emailed it and my wife took a print out and sent it with the I-129F petition package

I'm not sure if you will have any issues with this or not, however our attorney advised that everything have a wet signature instead of scanned copies of it. We just finished our K1 visa process actually, his interview was the 11th of this month. I mailed everything through DHL and he had it within 5 days (and that was during Thanksgiving time)! He lives in Caracas btw, not sure where your fiance lives. DHL is a good option to look into, it can be a bit pricey though but I would have hated to have any issues with something that simple at the interview!
