What reason was given? Was it an actual denial or just administrative processing for further security checks?

There are some folks here that have been through it and will advise. I'm guessing you are a male beneficiary with a female petitioner. Probably she is older than you, right? This is a HIGH FRAUD situation from your country in what I have read here.

Search on this site, it seems the common wisdom is that you needs lots and lots of visits (like 6 or 7), lots of proof your family knows and is good with it, and probably then need to get married and do CR1. There are some active folks here that have been through it, you will find them if you search for this and they may comment.

Are you the petitioner or beneficiary?

It's hard to share information without any details of your case. A little info would be helpful. No one can tell you if they'be been in your situation without knowing what the situation is. Have people been denied a Visa?  Yes. Happens all the time. But the reasons for the denial arent always the same.

Casa gives the person a white sheet that says 221g  / no other explanation is writter so he can not answer that part

when this has happened to the rest of us, the USC came to morocco and married (information on what documents and fees are needed can be found on internet)

5 and 6 years ago they were denying almost all K1's

then 2 and 3 years ago they started to approve more

now, with the new Trump administration  they are back to denying again

marry

the USC needs to make several trips (I made 5 and spent 1 to 3 months each time)

make sure your photos include moroccan family to show they approve of her

be prepared to answer personal questiowe "do ewith yorife? at the next interview

next interview :

know all about her and her family

be confident

be serious

don't be afraid  to express feelngs

answer honestly with short answers / do not go into deep detail

it will be a year or more before the next interview so gather in your head as much info about her as u can

and i mean all things

and don't take frustrations out on each other

Copy OP response from other thread. This is the reason of denial I think

Hi how are you? !  Yes it is a problem because I got rejected for the same reason bro AGE my fiance is 33 years older than me... our relationship is genuine but the problem is how are you going to convince the officer, he don't have the right to get you denied because of age difference but be sure he will focus on it as he did to me.. if you wanna know the questions massage me(removed personal info) and good luck

DISCLAIMER: I'm not working with USCIS/NVC and never work with them. All my comment based on my own experience and what I read.

When you have red flags (age, religion, cultural differences) and are applying at difficult embassies, frontloading is necessary.

Yes many people here have been through this.  I have been on this website for over 3 years and have seen dozens of posts about this.  Its not anything new.  You can used the advanced search tool to read the other threads that have been started over the years on this topic.    It would be so helpful if people researched possible issues they could encounter ahead of time. but such is life.

What can you do now?  Determine why you failed to prove bonafide relationship, address those issues, refile K1 or probably better CR1.  This will require research, education on red flags, and developing relationship evidence to counter them.

If age difference is the reason for denial, then the only probable solution is a LOT of time together......a Lot!!!!  Maybe even marriage and living as a couple somewhere other than the US for a few years.
