Anyway, is a state driver's license a good way of proving citizenship?? What oyher opcions are there??

Citizenship is proved by birth certificate or passport (or naturalization certificate). You don't have to be a citizen to get a state ID or DL.

For E verification (employment) you can use your driver's license along with the ssn card...

 

for immigration and other affairs you can use a birth certificate, passport, passport card or certificate of naturalization.

A drivers license does not proof citizenship. You can check the instructions that come with the immigration forms to find out what are acceptable forms.

Generally I would say for US citizen, Birth certificate (less copying than the passport) and for the foreign fiancee/spouse their passport. (less translating)
