HELP! Its Planned Parenthood considered public assistance?

I am filling out my AOS ready to get sent off and I am stuck on the question it asks about public assistance.

 

I have used Planned Parenthood twice for birth control and both times I got it free because I can not work (due to my k1 visa conditions). We bought my hubsands payslips and everything as we were expecting him to pay as he is financially responsible for me but they didnt want any of that. The receptionist said because i was the patient it only mattered what income I had. Which was $0 therefore I got birth control for free.

 

Because of this, would I have to say that I HAVE received public assistance? or does it not matter?

 

PLEASE HELP! I cant find any information about this anywhere~
