My husband had his interview on July 6,2017 and was put on AP. It's been a month now since his interview. I emailed embassy 2 days ago and the didn't reply back. But when I went on the website to check status this morning it still says AP but they updated the date August 17, 2017. Is this good? Does this mean they are looking at his case. Can someone please give me any insight what could this mean.

Yes, it means they are working on the case.  I'm sure you know that AP has no time limit.  It can take weeks or months......Best of Luck!!

Yes I know it has know time limit but it's still good that they are looking at it. There are people on here that their case doesn't even get looked at for months and probably doesn't even get an update for months. True or false?

I am just trying to figure out how this AP is going for everyone. Is it good that they update the date on website? Is it bad? I am just trying to find any answers this is frustrating. I know its good when status changes but is it also good that date changes too?? Anyone??? After just in 1 month.
