New medical after AOS interview??

Is there anyone here a problem with there medical? K1 visa here i just got my interview for my greencard last tuesday August 15, everything went well but the uscis who interview us is asking for my new medical, i was like i submit everything and i don't need any shots cuz i completed everything from st. Lukes. Is there anyone here same as my experience? If my medical got expired is not my problem right? Cuz i've waited 10months to have a interview.im so confuse can somebody help me

If it has been over a year since your K-1 medical's date, you'll need one. It is *your* problem.

An applicant’s overseas medical examination report completed by a panel physician should already be in the applicant’s A-file. If it is not in the A-file, the officer should request the medical examination report through a Request for Evidence (RFE).

I don't see that there's any specific timeframe as to when an overseas medical expires, only that it's valid if you filed for AOS within 1 year from the date of the overseas medical. I have never managed to find any real proof as to how long an overseas medical is really valid, maybe someone has links from USCIS where we can get that info?

No - you don't need it but it's not the first time that the officers ask for it in error. Reference the info posted by @Scandi and you'll be fine. You aren't required.

As long as it's filed within a year - it's valid until a decision is made in the case.

Yeah a filed within one year of AOS. That's why i don't get it but uscis officer is  trying to get me a new one..

Yeah, correct that's why im so confused because i filed my aos and my medical is still valid. Now after a long wait to get my interview it's already expired and im the one to blame. But it's not our problem if they schedule us for a interview earlier then it won't get expired.Btw i filed my AOS last year November and i just finished my interview last august 15.

It's not expired. You just need to show the IO the text that says it's valid as long as it's SUBMITTED within a year.
