 Affidavit of Support form

There are 2 different affidavit of support forms. If you are applying for an immigrant visa, you'll need the I-864 only.

If you are a K-1, then it will be I-134 at the embassy stage and I-864 during AOS.

Provide a bit more info such as the type of visa that you're applying for and what stage you're at in the process so that others could guide you further.

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.

Are you referring to the CR-1/IR-1 visa? If you are indeed referring to the spousal visa, please check out this VJ guide: http://www.visajourney.com/content/i130guide1. G-325A is no longer needed and current fee is $535. Spouse beneficiary now needs to complete the I-130A in lieu of the old G-325A. Always download the latest forms from USCIS website.

The expiration on the form is for their office reference and it doesn't mean the form cannot be used. When you use a USCIS form, refer to the edition date and see if it's still accepted. There's an edition date tab for each form on their respective page on USCIS website. Here's the I-864 https://www.uscis.gov/i-864.

ETA: This is a good link to illustrate the immigrant visa process - https://travel.state.gov/content/visas/en/immigrate/immigrant-process/interview.html.
