Has anyone gotten this message when trying to view your case status ? I can log in but once I click on the case stutus number I get this message. Any idea what I can do ? I am the only person with access to this account. Thanks

Trying to insert photo but of course it's not working.

It says"

That seems very odd. Are you accessing the site from outside the US, using Tor, or some sort of VPN service? If anything, it sounds like the way around this issue is to create an account. I have one and it makes tracking cases really easy!

@narakthisud thanks for replying. I'm in the states. New York to be exact. And I have an account but once I click on my nbc number it gives me this error. And the odd thing is I hardly check my status. I checked yesterday and all was fine. Maybe I will create another account and see if that works. Thanks again.

@narakthisud I decided to change my password and that worked.

Go figure! I was going to also suggest visiting the site from a public library or at work (if you're allowed). So strange that changing your password made the error message go away. Glad to hear you got that resolved.
