Good day, 
please help, according the NOA2 letter received , it say is validated still 31st of August , will this affect my interview of i should choose a date in September or i must choose an in interview before the 31st of August?

For the interview, you will want to have it booked (and attend) before the 31st of August as per your NOA2. It is possible to attend an interview after the 31st of August but, if I remember correctly, you will need to apply for an extension over the 4 months that they give you by default otherwise, again if I remember correctly, it is considered abandonment of case.

Confirming - @robertsjaso1 is correct.

 

Call the consulate and apply for an extension - 4 month increments are given.
