B1/B2 Visa travel while waiting for green card

She can attempt to enter the US while her green card application is pending but it's entirely up to the CBP officer to grant her an entry or not. It might be a bit more difficult as she has already shown immigration intent with her green card application.

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.
