Timeline

Hi everybody.I hope somebody can help me here.I am filling out I 134.I don't wanna make any mistake,I have some questions.First my annual income gonna be the one on the last w2 right.2. Should I leave blank my middle name or type None.Because I Remember  I wrote  None  before and they put my middle name as None,3. I have 2 jobs.One is full time one is part time.Do I need to write my part time job as well.Am I supposed to file this I 134 somewhere or I need to send it to my fiancee,Thanks for help

Your annual income should be your current annual income. 

 

For middle name, you can put N/A to avoid that "None" mistake :)

 

Not sure about the part time job but I think you'll probably need to if it contributes to your income.

 

You don't file the I-134. You're supposed to send it to your fiancée along with your tax return transcripts, employment letter, bank letter and other relevant supporting documents.

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

I also have a few questions on the I-134. "Value of my other personal property" what does that include? "I have mortgages or other debts amounting to" I don't have any mortgage payments but I have credit card debt and a car payment. Do I include that as well?
