Unemployed - what to fill g-325A?

Hey everyone.

 

Me and my fiancée are currently applying for a k1 visa, and on the g-325A form it asks for my last employements.

I'm 24 years old, i graduated from university with 23 and i never had a job in my life so far. What should i write? Unemployed? since when to present times? 

I read somewhere if you had nothing to add, if you studied you should add that. Anyone has any information?

 

Also i've been reading that this g-325A form is no longer required if you use the new i-129F form. Is that true?

G-325a isn't required if you use the latest version of the i-129f, all questions on the g-325a are nowadays already on the i-129f form. 

 

You still need to fill in your employment history on the i-129f though, if you studied you can write that, if you were/are unemployed you can write that.

Scandi is correct.  The only thing I would add is that USCIS will no longer accept the old form from what I have read on other threads, so make sure you are using the form dated April 2017 on the bottom.

Just write unemployed if you have never been employed (after graduating from school). If you were previously employed, write down the duration start to end, after that write when you have been unemployed (until the present)

Thanks all for the information!!! I'm going to put that i studied till 2016 , and after that unemployed till present time.
