What did they say in the interview?

 

By that letter you were denied the K-1 visa and it will be sent back to USCIS where after 6-8 months it will expire.

 

How did the interview go? Was this given at the interview or after a time in AP?

08/15/2014 : Met Online

06/30/2016 : I-129F Packet Sent

11/08/2016 : Interview - APPROVED!

11/23/2016 : POE - Dallas, Texas

From sending of I-129F petiton to POE - 146 days.

 

02/03/2017 - Married 

02/24/2017 - AOS packet sent

06/01/2017 - EAD/AP Combo Card Received in mail

12/06/2017 - I-485 Approved

12/14/2017 - Green Card Received in mail - No Interview

After 3 months on ap :(

They may have found something in their processing/background security checks that made your fiance inelligible.. Hard to say. 

 

Were there red flags in your case?

 

Age difference, religious difference, family approvals? Each country is a bit different but without any specific info about your situation it is hard to guess even.

Aos sent April 2018

Aos interview July 2018

Work permit September2018

Aos approved July 24, 2019.

Roc April 27, 2021

Biometric reused june 28, 2021

N-400 online April 27, 2022 base on 3 years rule, biometric reused.

N-400 interview on December 12, 2022 combo interview i-751. Approved.

January 11, 2023 oath ceremony, Indianapolis. After that done with uscis😂🤭🤫

I took my oath ceremony in Indianapolis, it was a nice ceremony, where people from 35 coutry become american citizen.

01/11/2023 officially done with uscis :)

🤣

January 13, 2023 apply for us passport.( regular service).

March 11, 2023 passport in hand

As already asked; were there any red flags in your relationship? VJ Member Ben already asked you some good questions. 
Were there any concerns about this relationship? How did your interview go and what did they say at the end? Did they hand you a 221g?

10/22/2020: Biometrics Reuse Notice.  12/22/2020: Online Status Changed to Interview Was Scheduled.  
01/29/2021: N-400 Interview - PASSED! 01/29/2021: Same-day oath ceremony.

You can guess at the reason- is there any questions that you could not answer in the interview, or anything they concentrated on with their questions?

How often have you and your fiance met, and for long long?

Are there any red flags such as large age or educational or religious differences, recent divorce previous immigration attempts?

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
