hi

well, if she doesn't work, then she will need to provide assets or a joint sponsor

there is no way around the affidavit of support, no visa without an affidavit of support

Obviously you need the return tax from last year (2015), and if she has that I mean if she worker last year and she made at least $22000 than that's enough to support you , if not then she has to find a sponsor

food luck

she have car and She is on government assistance. Also receive child support. Has house home

Currently laid off

She will need a co-sponsor or she will need to produce enough assets to show she can sell them off and support you. You cannot use a house she lives in and a car is not going to be enough to support a family. You can add child support in but that too will not be enough. You cannot use gov. assistance to as a form of income for immigration.

$25200 if the child is claimed on the tax returns also.

Makes no difference if she is the one claiming the child or not, any biological or legal child is to be counted towards the I-864.

Also, her primary car isn't going to be able to used as assets.

3/2/18  E-filed N-400 under 5 year rule

3/26/18 Biometrics

7/2019-12/2019 (Yes, 16- 21 months) Estimated time to interview MSP office.

No one can or will volunteer for such a demanding expectation.

Not only that but the chances of you becoming a public charge are very high due to your spouces inability to support you.

I agree with Anitafeliz. I am guessing your wife is the USC? She should contact a close family member to see if they would agree to Co sponsor on the petition. No-one here will sponsor you. Best bet is close family.
