Hello everybody I filed my i29f on November 2016 still waiting for my approval any body here still waiting i am sooooooooooooooooo nervous and tired of waiting also my next question my fiance was asylem seeker in United States his attorney told him to leave usa in order for me to apply for him k1 visa any body in this community experiencing this senario please advise me thanks .

According to your timeline, you are still technically within the normal processing times. The USCIS will tell you that they are processing applications as of the date of November 15, 2016. I do hope that next week they will update this date, and then you will be able to call them and make an inquiry about your case. You can already try calling them now if you want. There are still a small number of November filers that are still waiting to hear back, so you are not completely alone.

July 10, 2017: Interview
July 14, 2017: Visa in hand
July 27, 2017: POE at ORD

October 13, 2017 : RFIE letter received in mail (they want an English translated Birth Certificate, which we included in the original petition...)

January 24, 2018: EAD/AP Combo Card in hand

August 9, 2018: AOS Interview (Approved)

August 9, 2018: "Card in Production"

August 16, 2018: Green card in hand

 

 

May 2020: ROC!

As of yesterday, you are now out of normal processing times. Reach out to USCIS via a case inquiry.

OH ! she didn't even receive approval ! make sure you read the instructions in USCIS for case inquiry cause as I remember it says you can claim it after 5 months, our case got approved after almost 90 days or less so I guess yours is taking way too long. Hope everything goes well. msg me if you have any questions hope I can help you.
