I have tried to schedule an interview with the embassy but the answer am getting is that there is no availability. My petition was approved in Feb and is only good for 4 months. What should I do.

Depending on how your country works, some embassy's will schedule the interview for you.

While there is an expiration date on the NOA2, as long as there is activity the embassy will auto-renew the petition for you as they understand it can take time to complete everything and get an interview.

Thank you. @Chioma, how long did it take between NOA 2 receipt and embassy receiving the petition? The calendar is all greyed until December. I am getting a little anxious

Yes, you are right. Calendar is all greyed out until December but slots are released every other day and people seem to quickly pick them. That is why you really need to keep a close eye. I am not sure how long the petition takes to reach the embassy after NOA 2. I had an expedited case and it took about a week. I believe you are done with the medicals?
