REQUEST FOR EXPEDITE

Highly unlikely that that would quality for expedite. Everyone who comes on the K1 visa usually switches jobs as they move to the USA. With that being said, there is no harm in trying to request and expedite if you want to.

If you are voluntarily switching jobs, no... that's your choice to do so....

Plus then you still would have to expedite at the Embassy level. It's two different expedites.

Plus, what difference would it make since your incoming fiance wouldn't be able to assist you in finances for 3-4 months after arrival at the earliest....

I'm not sure, but doubt it? The USCIS specify that the loss has to be "severe".  Doesn't sound like switching jobs would result in something severe...

And how you switching jobs would even affect the petition? I assume, you're a petitioner.

And as someone else said - if it's your own choice to change jobs, then the expedite won't happen.

It's like someone on the forum said one time, that they wanted an expedite based on some travel plans he/she already made...

@Ben&Zian brought up a great point. Even if you are granted an expedite and say your fiance can come next week, how is that going to help you if your fiance will not be able to work for 3 - 4 months AFTER you marry and he file for work auth/AOS?
