Can Parole Humanitarian AOS?

Can I person parole into US to help donate   to save a US citizen  life and after got married to his old girlfriend a US citizen change status?

Humanitarian parole is not an admission into the US and does not grant any immigration status per se, so you don't have all of the legal protections or benefits that come from admitted into the US.   While an adjustment of status is allowable for a parolee, USCIS regulations make it clear that parole is not to be used to circumvent normal visa or immigration processes.  So, if they believe that the parole was primarily to do that, they can/will deny the AOS.  Also, if there are any ineligibilities (from overstays, criminal convictions, fraud, medical, etc.), being paroled in does not grant a waiver of those ineligibilities, and AOS is not possible.

"I Have a question if a  individual is parole to United States on  Medical Humanitarian to the benefits of a US citizen on life threatening situation. Can such person  adjust status while in US based on marriage to old friend who is a US citizen?"
