you can call the us embassy pos and speak to someone once you were approved yesterday and you receive your passport you would be ok to travel i know that they are chaging the green cards on the 5th of may according to what i saw on here so maybe you can ask about that i am not sure or call the nvc its always good to take the persons nam who interwied you and if u dont understand something at the time ask them to explain

All ths officer was pointing out to you is that if you enter the US after your 2nd anniversary, you will be granted a 10 year non conditional Green Card and will save yourself lots of money, time and hassles.. Entering the US before your 2nd anniversary means you will be give  a 2 year Conditional Green Card and then have to apply for Removal of Conditions ROC  2 years later..

As it is so close to your 2nd anniversary, the officer was trying  to help you out.... The CR1 automatically becomes an IR1 if you enter after your 2nd anniversary. You dont have to do anything different now...just travel after your 2nd anniversary...

very informative good job
