After receiving our NOA2 (exciting!) I have now received steps to go through in regards to sending documents/scheduling my interview. The first step says "Complete and return immediately to this office, the attached forms, together with a copy of your current passport descriptive page" (DS-160 confirmation page and NZ Police Clearance). Quite straight forward. The second step says "Obtain the following documents on this checklist which pertain to you. When you have gathered ALL documents please SEND them to this office for review" (passport, birth cert, police cert, I-134 AND PROOF, proof of own funds, prepaid envelope)

I know it seems very straightforward. Easy to follow instructions, however I'm wondering if everyone else has waited til they have acquired ALL of the documents and sent everything together as 1 package, or followed these instructions and sent 2 separate packages. Thank you very much.

I sent one package. Mind you, we were stuck in AP at NVC for nearly two months after getting the NOA2, so I had everything well and truly ready. I'd had a lengthy email conversation as well with them, in regard to a foreign police clearance potentially expiring.

You can email them and ask if you are concerned, they are very good to answer.

I can explain it to you. But I can't understand it for you.
