Once we move to USA and are living in our home. Do we have to be present at our home when my spouse green card comes? Is a signature required to actually get the package. Can we just pick if up from post office? What if we move before my spouse gets green card?

The green card arrives through the mail. You do not need to be present at your home or sign anything. If you move and have your mail forwarded to your new address through the post-office, you should not have any problems.

But if you were to move before you receive your green card, it is important to inform USCIS of your new address.

You can call them and inform them of the change of address. For my case, I entered the U.S. on an IR-1 visa at the end of August last year and paid the fees for the GC a week later. From there it took 6 weeks for the GC to arrive in the mail. So if you don't change address within that timeline, you should be fine.
